We had a wonderful lunch today with friends we don't see very often. We all taught history together a few years ago... now they've bot
h moved on to other ventures (which makes me kind of sad). We used to have monthly History Happy Hours (or HHH). So it was nice to get together again for one of those. Jessica brought her two little ones, Sophie, who is 2 1/2, and John, who is 4 months. Sophie had fun bossing Owen around. And Owen just kind of took it. He spent all of last year in daycare with three older girls who made the rules and four young
er girls who he could care less about. This year he will be the big man on campus. He'll be the oldest in his room. So we'll see if his personality adjusts to that or if he remains a pretty docile little boy who is an AMAZING sharer. Seriously, he will give you the toy he's playing with, his pacifier, or the food off his plate. He loves to share. ♥ We're sad that we don't have much longer this summer. Only a few more weeks and we'll be back to school. Of course we did buy some lotto tickets today... so maybe not!
